Unfortunately it wasn’t a game that will live long in the memory.
Plain and simply, the Reds weren’t very good and the Blues cruised to the easiest of wins.
Every single player on the Blues played pretty decent and as a team they were working the ball nicely throughout.
Ian and Mike were the standout players helping themselves to most of the goals, linking up with the rest of the team really well. The defence was also really solid and Joel again excellent in nets.
With a 5 goal cushion, as if to tun salt into the wound Balf suffered a career threatening injury for the Reds. 🤔 If it wasn’t game over already it was now. The Blues were scoring for fun after this.
The players from the Red team will want to forget about this one fast. The Blues put in a ‘professional’ performance, 3 points to them! 🔵🔵🔵
